The interpersonal and group dynamics nurtured in a team-building environment foster strong mutual support, respect and trust. Team building groups work on communication, teamwork, and trust through a series of group problem solving events and climbing skills. The group will utilize our auto-belays, boulders and slackline within our state of the art facility during the event.  Or, we can tailor your teams' experience to suit your needs with a custom approach to your time with us! We have a ton of program options available to enhance your experience!
